In view of the order passed in I.A.(C) No. 3338/2024, the present MAC Appeal stands disposed of.
The respondent No.1 i.e the Insurance Company Ltd. shall deposit the mutually settled amount of Rs. 16,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen lakh) only before this Registry of this Court within a period of 4(four) weeks from today.
The amount deposited by the Insurance Company shall be disbursed to the appellant/claimant by the Registry after proper identification by the learned counsel and on execution of the proper receipt.
