The matter comes upon for consideration of the application filed on behalf of the applicant/ appellant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 filed on behalf of the appellant who have filed Writ Appeal being W.A. No.20/2024 to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above referred Appeal.
