This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 15.05.2019 passed in WP(C)/2793/2018.

By the aforesaid order, the respondent State Level Committee was directed to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment afresh.
It is submitted by Mr. Upadhaya, learned counsel that the SLC has already considered the case in its meeting held on 06.08.2020 and the claim of the petitioner has been negated by the SLC.
It is also submitted that in the meantime, the petitioner has filed another writ petition being WP(C) No.5263/2020 assailing such rejection order of SLC.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition stands closed.
