Mr. R. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that identical writ appeals wherein the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, is under challenge, have already been admitted while condoning the delay in filing those appeals. He, therefore, submits that the delay of 329 days in filing the connected writ appeal be condoned and the interlocutory application be allowed.

Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the sole respondent submits that he has no objection if the delay is condoned.
