Heard Mr. P. K. Konwar, learned counsel for the applicant, who prays that the Union of India, represented by the Commissioner, Ministry of Jal Shakti Department of Water Resources River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, New Delhi-110001 should be impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the writ petition.
Ms. A. Lodha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that she has got no objection to the application being allowed.
The prayer of the applicant’s counsel is allowed.
Accordingly, the Union of India, represented by its Commissioner, Ministry of Jal Shakti Department of Water Resources River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation is impleaded as respondent No. 5.
The applicant shall submit a corrected copy of the cause title to the Registry within three days.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
