Heard Ms. L. Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant. I have also heard Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

By filing this application the applicants are seeking direction to the Registry of this Court to allow the applicants/claimants to withdraw the amount of Rs. 17,52,030/- deposited by the appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd, in compliance of the order dated 11.01.2022 passed in I.A.(C) No. 77/2022 arising out of MAC Appeal No. 19/2022.

Ms. L. Sarma, the learned counsel for the respondent/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd has no objection to the prayer made by the applicants/claimants.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 17,52,030/-(Rupees seventeen lakhs fifty two thousands and thirty) to the applicants/claimants.

Further, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 8,52,030/(Rupees eight lakhs fifty two thousands and thirty) to 1. Smt Aloka Baishnab

(the claimant/applicant No.1) and Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) each to 2. Sri Tushar Baishanb (the claimant/applicant No.2), 3. Smt. Monju Bala Baishnab(the claimant/applicant No. 3) & Sri Tapash Baishnab (the claimant/applicant No.4).

The amount shall be released on proper identification by their learned counsels.

In view of the above, the I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
