Heard Ms. P Barua, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, who by means of this interlocutory application, has sought for impleadment of Ministry of Jal Shakti, Union of India e-Governance Cell, 6^th Floor Cabin, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110 001 as the respondent no. 6 in the connected writ petition.

It is submitted that during the course of deliberations, the requirement of the aforesaid party was felt necessary for a proper adjudication.

Also heard Ms. A Lodha, learned counsel appearing on instructions of Shri RM Das, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resources Department, Assam.
