Ms. U. Nanda, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the judgment and order dated 18.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No.6030/2023, the address of the respondent No.6 should be ‘Goalpara’ instead of ‘Dhubri’. Further, the name of the respondent No.7 was wrongly spelt as “Jorgina Begum” instead

She further submits that as an amendment of the cause title to the writ petition would have to be made, she prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the present application and file a proper application for correction of the cause title and consequential correction in the judgment and order.
