This interlocutory application has been filed for rejection and/ or return of the affidavits filed by the election petitioner on 21.02.2022 in compliance of order dated 09.02.2022 passed in I.A.(C) 1447/2021. In this regard, the Court is of the considered opinion that as the said affidavits have come on board pursuant to order dated 09.02.2022 passed in I.A.(C) 1447/2021 and having noted that the said order has attained finality, the prayer made in this interlocutory application deserves to be disallowed.
Therefore, as the Court finds the order dated 09.02.2022 passed in I.A.(C) 1447/2021 has been complied with, this interlocutory application stands dismissed.
