Heard Mr. S. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.Neogi, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

The applicant by way of instituting the present application has prayed for a correction of a typographical error occasioning in the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 6329/2023. It is contended that the name of the school has been reflected as: “Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Senior Secondary School, Barpeta” in place of “Ratnadhip Senior Secondary School, Barpeta”.

On perusal of the averments made in the application, this Court is satisfied that on account of a typographical error, the name of the school was not recorded correctly in the order dated 10.01.2024.

Accordingly, the name of the school of the petitioner in the said order dated 10.01.2024 wherever reflected as “Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Senior Secondary School, Barpeta” shall be read as “Ratnadhip Senior Secondary School, Barpeta”.

This order be treated to be a part of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6329/2023.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
