Heard Mr. M. Smith, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
By this application the applicant is seeking correction of the name of the respondent no. 4 as Jyoti Basumatary instead of Bharat Basumatary in WP(C) No. 3445/2024.
It appears that the name of the respondent no. 4 has been inadvertently typed as Bharat Basumatary in the cause title of WP(C) No. 3445/2024.
In view of the above, this Court in the interest of justice allows the instant Interlocutory Application by allowing that the name of the respondent no. 4 in the WP(C) No. 3445/2024 be corrected as Jyoti Basumatary.
Let an amended cause title be submitted to the Registry for doing the needful.
