This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant praying for arraying of Nalbari Municipal Board as a party respondent in the writ petition. This application has been filed pursuant to the order dated 08.01.2024.

Since no objections have raised by the respondents at this stage, this interlocutory application is allowed without issuing Notice.

The Nalbari Municipal Board represented by the Chairman is arrayed as party respondent No. 5 in the W.P.(C) No. 38/2024.

The applicant will file amended cause title before the Registry within one week from today showing the name of the newly added party.
