Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.
The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the connected MAC appeal No. 261/2010 has already been disposed of on 18.07.2022, whereby the appellant has been directed to deposit a total amount of Rs. 12,45,000/- before the learned Tribunal.
In compliance of the said order and direction, the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 12,45,000/- before the Member, MACT, Tinsukia in MAC case no. 103/2009.

By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks for a direction for refund of the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- which was deposited by the appellant/Oriental Insurance Company Limited before the Registry of this Court at the time of filing of the instant MAC appeal no. 261/2010.
In view of the above, the applicant/appellant may be refunded the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- which was deposited by them before the Registry of this Court.
The Registry is directed to refund the deposited amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the applicant/Oriental Insurance Company after proper verification and identified by their learned counsel.
With the above, this IA stands allowed and disposed of.
