The present I.A is filed by the applicant for withdrawal of WP(C) No.4040/2011.

The connected writ petition was filed challenging an order dated 01.02.2011 passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup in Riyot Case No.12/10 under KRL File No.5/10 as well as mutation granted on the basis of such order.

By way of filing the present application it is projected by the

applicant that the dispute has amicably been settled between the parties and in view of such settlement the present application is filed for withdrawal of the connected writ petition.

Considered the pleadings.

The learned counsel for the respondent has not objected to such withdrawal.

Accordingly the instant I.A stands allowed by allowing the petitioner to withdraw the connected writ petition.
