Heard Sri I Amin, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for correction of the name and address of the respondent no. 13 in the connected WP(C)/2796/2024.
It is submitted that due to inadvertence, the name and address of the respondent no. 13 has been written as “Kumud Das”, S/o. Shri Phukan Kalita; VillBamundi, P.O.-Bamundi, Dist.-Kamrup(R), Assam, PIN-781103 instead of “Pabitra Kalita”, Vill-Bamundi Srinagar, P.O.-Bamundi, Dist.-Kamrup (R), Assam, PIN-781103.
After considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials on record, the instant interlocutory application is allowed by permitting the correction of the name and address of the respondent no. 13 in the writ petition.
The interlocutory application accordingly stands allowed.
