Heard Ms. Berta Tep, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks correction of the cause title in the main writ petition wherein, the name and address of the respondent No.4 has been wrongly indicated. The learned counsel submits that instead of Executive Engineer, PHED,Kohima Nagaland, the same should be Executive Engineer, PHED Longleng Division, Longleng.
The prayer made is not objected to by Ms. Supong Chang, learned State counsel.
In view of above, the application for correction of the address of respondent No.4 in the writ petition is allowed as prayed for.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
