Heard Mr. M.R. Khandakar, learned counsel for the applicants, who submits that “Sri Jay Shivani, IAS, Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam, Juripar, Panjabari, Guwahati-37” should be impleaded as respondent no.4 in place of respondent no.1.
Mr. J. Handique, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Mr. Bakalial, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed.
The prayer of the applicant’s counsel is allowed.
In view of the above, Sri Jay Shivani, IAS, Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam, Juripar, Panjabari, Guwahati-37 is impleaded as
