It is submitted that the respondent no. 4 in COP(C)/34/2022 has retired and in his place, Er. P. Imna Ao, has been promoted and posted as Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD and, hence, prays for his impleadment as respondent no. 5 in the above contempt petition being COP(C)/34/2022.
The prayer for impleadment of the new incumbent, Er. P. Imna Ao, Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD as respondent no. 5 is allowed.
With the above, this IA stands disposed of.
