This is an application under Order XLI Rule 27 (aa) read with Section 151 CPC seeking permission to adduce additional document/evidence in accompanying Regular First Appeal i.e. RFA No. 24/2023.
Ms. Lalawmpuii Fanai, learned counsel for the applicants submits that she has received instructions from her client not to press the present Interlocutory Application and accordingly makes endorsement to the said effect.
In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the IA stands dismissed on withdrawal.
