Heard Mr. D Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

2. By this application under Section 438 of the CrPC, apprehending his arrest, the petitioner,

namely, Biren Huzuri , son of late Prasanna Ram Huzuri, resident of Pub Boragaon, Police Station-Garchuk of District-Kamrup (Metro) is seeking his pre-arrest bail in Jalukbari Police Station Case No. 208/2024 registered under Sections 384/387/506 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 2311/2024

3. The Court by order dated 04.06.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner in said Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 208/2024, which is in force till date.

4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case have filed Charge-Sheet in said Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 208/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 199/2024

5. As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum on or before 14.11.2024 for his regular bail.

¶19

6. For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 04.06.2024 in Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 208/2024 is extended up to 14.11.2024 only.

7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
