Heard Mr. S. Kashyap, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. N. J. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
Mr. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however in the meanwhile, ChargeSheet has already been laid in this case bearing Charge-Sheet No.100/2024 dated 22.05.2024.
In view of the laying of the Charge-Sheet in this case, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioners may approach the Trial Court, if so advised.
