Upon instruction, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to interim order dated 21.09.2022, the election of the Board of Directors of Dhubri Wholesale Consumers Cooperative Society Ltd. has been hold and therefore, as the petitioners have got the relief, they have instructed not to press this matter.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed having been not pressed.
