Ms. S. Kejriwal, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the matter, according to the petitioner, has been resolved, the petitioner does not want to pursue the writ petition with the liberty to approach again in the event of any subsequent cause of action.

Ms. Kejriwal has also placed on record a resolution of the Empowered Committee dated 04.03.2023, signed by the Chairman of the Empowered Committee, and a letter bearing no. APDCL/CGM(Com&EE)/SOSS-2022/34/19 dated 16.03.2023 of the General Manager [Comm & EE], APDCL.

Mr. B. Choudhury, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL has submitted that, as on date, the matter is under consideration before the Board of Directors of the APDCL.

In view of the submission made by Ms. Kejriwal, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter, according to the petitioner, has been resolved, the writ petition stands closed as not pressed, with the liberty as prayed for.
