The instant writ petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the respondent HPCL authorities to release the unpaid professional fees of the petitioner.
Mr. S.S. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent HPCL authorities has submitted that the pending professional fees of the petitioner has, in the meantime, been disbursed to the petitioner and the same has been acknowledged from the end of the petitioner towards final settlement of the pending professional fees. Placing a letter dated 09.09.2019 issued from the end of the petitioner, Mr. Roy has submitted that the petitioner therein has mentioned that as the pending bills have been cleared he would not be pressing the present writ petition.
In view of the above fact situation, the writ petition stands closed.
A copy of the letter dated 09.09.2018, produced by Mr. Roy, is kept with the record.
