Heard Mr. S. Koyang, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that
this matter is with regards to non-payment of pending bills with regards to the Contract work for providing Street Light at Tali.
The learned counsel submits that the respondents have given assurance that
the pending bill will be paid and since this matter has been settled outside the court, he prayed that the writ petition may be allowed to be withdrawn.
Mr. L. Perme, learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 is present and submits that this matter can be settled outside the court.
In view of the above submissions, Writ Petition(C) 441(AP) of 2022 is allowed to be withdrawn and closed.
