The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the authorities not to allow him to continue in the post of Skilled Project Manager (Human Resources and Administration). Today when the matter is called up, Mr. S. N. Tamuli, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the copy of the
application/representation submitted by the petitioner is not traceable in the record, hence, his client be granted leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the authorities inviting their attention to the circumstances of the case seeking an order in respect thereof. Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam is present on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. C. S. Hazarika, learned counsel is present on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 but they do not have any objection if the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed.
