Mr. M.H. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an amount of Rs. 1,04,193/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner in the meantime in terms of the order dated 29.10.2019.
Mr. K.K. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent SBI has also submitted that the said amount has been deposited in the account of the petitioner.
As the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ petition is accordingly closed.
