Mr. T.A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that since the copy of the Office Order dated 24/01/2018 was not furnished to his client earlier, hence, the same could not be assailed in this writ petition. Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 24/01/2018. The said prayer has not been opposed by Mr. S. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Panchayat and Rural Development Department as well as Ms. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam, appearing for the official respondents.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal with liberty, as prayed
