It is stated that during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner, namely, Bitu Boruah, son of late Punya Boruah of Bahakatika, Bordoloni, Dhemaji expired and as such, Ms. B. Borah, learned counsel is not pressing this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition being not pressed, stands dismissed.
