Heard Mr. A.M.S.Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. U.Sharma, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Madrassa in the Hailakandi district on 11.02.2003. The petitioner claims that as per the Assam Venture Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act, 2011, the service of the petitioner has been deemed provincialised under the said Act. However, as no necessary benefits has been given to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 08.12.2021 before the Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Secondary Education Department. The said representation is yet to be considered till date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the concerned respondent to dispose of the representation.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary, School Education Department by annexing a copy of the writ petition along with the annexures appended thereto within a period of 15(fifteen) days from today. Thereafter, the Secretary, School Education Department on receipt of the representation to be filed by the petitioner shall consider and dispose of the same by a speaking order and in accordance with law within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
