Heard Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the respondents.
This appeal filed by the State is directed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.02.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge in WP(C) No. 142/2018.
When this matter was called up today, Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate submits that the dispute has already been amicably resolved by between the parties and the Government has decided to implement the Judgment of the learned Single Judge. By producing a copy of the Communication dated 09.06.2023 issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, School Education Department, Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate submits that the writ appeal be closed as infructuous.
Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the respondents has also agreed to the said proposition. As such, this writ appeal stands disposed of as infructuous. A copy of the Communication dated 09.06.2023 be retained in the review of this case.
