Learned counsel for the appellant fairly concedes that as the respondents have indicated in their affidavits that claim of the writ petitioner/appellant for seniority from the date of acquiring the requisite qualifications has been rejected by the respondents, the writ petitioner/appellant would be better advised to approach the competent authority with a representation for ventilating her grievances. He thus, craves for leave to withdraw this writ appeal with the liberty to approach the concerned authority.
Learned Standing Counsel, Education has no objection to the prayer so made.
Consequently the instant intra-Court writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
