Both sides are present along with their engaged counsel.

The matter is settled between the parties at the original awarded amount of Rs.57,78,949/(Rupees fifty seven lakh seventy eight thousand nine hundred forty nine) only, out of which an amount of Rs.33,28,949/- (Rupees thirty three lakh twenty eight thousand nine hundred forty nine) has already been received by the respondents/ claimants.

Accordingly, the appellant National Insurance Co. Ltd. is directed to deposit the balance awarded amount of Rs.24,50,000/- (Rupees twenty four lakh fifty thousand) only before the Registry of this High Court within thirty (30) days from today.

On such deposit, Rs.3 lacs each be paid to the two major children, namely, Ms. Purobi Bora and Sri Rohan Bora (respondent Nos.2 & 3) respectively and FDR of an amount of Rs.3 lacs be opened in the name of minor children Ms. Gayatri Bora (respondent No.4) till she attains majority. The balance amount be released to Smti Mamoni Bora (respondent No.1), on proper identification.

The statutory deposit be released.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
