Both sides are present including the claimant/appellant.
The matter is settled between the parties at an amount of Rs. 1,71,750/-(Rupees one lakhs seventy one thousands seven hundred and fifty) only. Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd agreed to pay the settled amount of Rs. 1,71,750/-(Rupees one lakhs seventy one thousands seven hundred and fifty) only, subject to deduction of the TDS on the interest amount and providing the tax deduction certificate to the appellants/claimants.
The settled amount will be deposited by the appellant before the Registry of this Court within a period of 30(thirty) days from today and the same shall be released in favour of claimant/, upon due identification by the engaged counsel.
The statutory deposit amount, if any, shall be adjusted.
Return the LCR thereafter.
