pendency of this appeal the learned trial court has already released two of the
co-accused on bail and therefore, the appellant be granted leave to withdraw

this appeal with liberty to approach the learned court below by filing fresh bail application.
Mr. D. K. Das, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. L. Satyanarayan, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondents and does not have any
objection if the prayer is allowed.
In view of the above, on the request of Mr. Quadir, this appeal stands disposed
of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
