This I.A. has been filed by the applicants/writ petitioners seeking a direction
upon the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to produce the Jamabandi Book pertaining

to land covered by Dag No.89 (old) 377/379 (new) of Patta No.44 situated at village Bheragaon, Baghbor Revenue Circle, Jania Mouza in the district of Barpeta.
Ms. Bordoloi submits that she has received a copy of the Jamabandi according to which, the land in question is sarkari land. However, in view of the request made by the applicants, Ms. Bordoloi submits that photocopies of the record
will be furnished to the petitioners’ counsel during the course of the day.
If that be so, nothing further survives for adjudication in this I.A.
