Heard Shri H. Betala, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of

this application has sought for impleadment of the new incumbent holding the post of Chief Engineer, Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewage Board.
The learned counsel has referred to the communication dated 26.07.2023 issued to the new incumbent requesting compliance of the order in question and even thereafter, no steps have been taken.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the instant application is allowed and Shri Khitish Kalita, the Chief Engineer, Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewage Board, Amritpur Path, Ganeshguri, Guwahati – 781 006 is impleaded as respondent no. 7.
