Hazarika, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 5; and Mr. N. Goswami, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 6.
This is an interlocutory application seeking impleadment of the applicants viz. (i). The Union Cooperative Bank Limited, Head Officer situated at Kanaklata Path off GS Road Bhangagarh, Guwahati-781005, being represented by its Managing Director(i/c), Sri Rajendra Das; and (ii). Sri Rajendra Das, 59 years, S/o Late Rambachan Das, Resident of Simantapur Path, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-7810032, Police Station Bhangagarh, District Kamrup(M), Assam, as respondents No. 5 and 6 in the connected writ petition, contending that the applicants are the necessary parties in the aforesaid petition.
Prayer being not opposed by the learned counsels for the respondents; the interlocutory application is hereby allowed.
