Heard Shri R. Karim, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, who by means of this application has sought for impleadment of a new incumbent as respondent no. 2.
The learned counsel has submitted that from the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the sole respondent, it has come to the knowledge of the applicant-petitioner that the funds are to be released from the Centre in which the role of the new incumbent would come in, who is the Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and Employment Directorate General of Employment and Traning Govt. of India, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001.
The learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the notice dated 28.11.2022 issued to the new incumbent, in which no response was there.
It is seen that in the original writ petition, the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and Employment was also made a party respondent.
In view of the above, the present I.A. is allowed and Ms. Arti Ahuja, the Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and Employment Directorate General of Employment and Traning Govt. of India, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New
