This is an application praying for early hearing of the connected appeal, being MFA No. 108/2018.
It is stated that the original petition before the learned Tribunal was filed in the year 2013 and the present appeal has also been filed in the year 2018, but till date, no hearing has taken place and therefore, the present application has been filed praying for early hearing of the connected appeal, being MFA No. 108/2018.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant shall inform the other side to expedite the hearing and to proceed with the hearing of the connected appeal, being MFA No. 108/2018, on the next date fixed.
In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
