This application has been filed for correcting typographical errors appearing in the order of this Court dated 12.05.2023 passed in CRP(I/O) No. 138/2023.

It is mentioned in the order that till the returnable date, further proceeding of Misc. (J) Case No. 55/2022 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Darrang, Mangaldoi shall remain stayed.

Mr. Pushilal submits that the Case No should have been T.Ex. Case No. 01/2022 instead of Misc. (J) Case No. 55/2022.

It is a typographical error. Therefore, the error stands corrected.

Henceforth, the Case No. Misc (J) Case No. 55/2022 appearing in the Order dated 12.05.2023 passed by this Court in CRP (I/O) 138/2023 shall be read as T. Ex. Case No. 01/2022.

This order shall form a part of the order dated 12.05.2023 passed by this Court in CRP (I/O) 138/2023.

The present I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
