Heard Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Heard Ms. P. Borthkur, learned counsel representing the respondent Insurance Company.

Here, in this case, the Insurance Company has deposited `13,44,125/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Forty-four Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five) before the Registry of this Court.

The present application has been filed praying for releasing the said amount in favour of the applicants/claimants.

Ms. Borthakur submits that the Insurance Company has no objection if the deposited amount is allowed to be disbursed in favour of the applicants/claimants.

Accordingly, prayer is allowed.

The amount of `13,44,125/- lying deposited before the Registry of this Court shall be disbursed in favour of the claimants/applicants.

It is further directed that out of the aforesaid amount, two amounts

containing Rs.1,000,00/- (Rupees One Lakh) each shall be kept fixed deposit in the name of respondent nos.1 and 2, till they attain majority.
