Mr. Bankim Sarma, learned has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 414/2022 under section 22(c)/25 of the NDPS Act vide charge-sheet no. 65 dated 02.03.2023.
Accordingly, the Court is inclined to close this application by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
