Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, learned has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in connection with Rowta P.S. Case No. 127/2022 under section 376/313/34 IPC vide charge-sheet no. 16/2023 dated 28.02.2023.
Accordingly, the Court is inclined to close this application by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional/ committal Court and apply for bail.
