This is an application under Section 439 of the CrPC in respect of PRC Case No.480/2022 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat.
The petitioner is facing trial under Sections 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. There are 11 witnesses in the charge sheet and out of them, 6 are already examined.
This court is of the opinion that allowing the bail prayer of the petitioner, would amount to interference in the trial of the case. Therefore, the bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the case.
The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
