29.04.2023 has been submitted in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 51/2023 under Section 302 of the IPC subsequently added Sections 201/34 of the IPC.
The learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that he be permitted to file regular bail before the competent Court before whom the charge-sheet has been filed.
Accordingly, the bail application is closed with a direction to the accused-petitioner to appear before the competent Court and filed regular bail as prayed for.
The bail application stands disposed of.
