Assam, appearing for the State, who has produced the case diary.
The applicant herein was arrested on 10/03/2023 in connection with Khetri PS case No. 201/2022 registered under sections 379/411/34 of the IPC and since then he is in custody.

Mr. Deka submits that the co-accused has already been released on bail and, therefore, a
similar order may be passed in this case also.
After perusal of the case diary and considering the length of detention, I deem it appropriate to pass an order for release of the applicant on bail.
As such, it is hereby ordered that the applicant, viz. Md. Haidul Islam be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with one local surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati.
The bail application stands disposed of.
