(ii). Till the statutory period for completion of the investigation of the case registered, the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Doimukh Circle and Itanagar, Capital Region without prior permission of the Investigating Officer; and
(iii). The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts either to the Police officer or to the Court or tamper with the evidence;
