Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam representing the State submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.65/2023 dated 09.04.2023 has been filed.
Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial court within next 15(fifteen) days seeking regular bail. The trial shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
Till his appearance before the trial court, interim bail granted in favour of the petitioner shall continue.
With the aforesaid direction, the application for bail stands closed.
