31.01.2023 has been submitted in connection with Doomduma P.S. Case No. 328/2022 (Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1916/2022) under Sections 363 of the IPC added Sections 195-A/370 IPC read with Section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the competent Court before whom the charge-sheet has been submitted by the I/O within 15 days from today and apply for regular bail, if so advised.
